We are a brewety with annex agritourism with 90 places available built with a Steam Punk style that also has a tasting room. 4PR “4 Principia Rerum” expresses the four elements that make up beer: water, malt, hops, yeast and that implies a very short product chain, as we produce our own raw materials, barley, cultivated in our fields in an organic farming regime. The styles we chose for brewing our biologic agricultural beers are: I.P.A. and A.P.A., BLONDE ALE, BLANCHE, STOUT, AMBER, LAGER, BEERONIA (Aronia superberry Fruit Ale), APPLE ALE (Apple Fruit Ale, beer with Friulian apple). Foods that are served in our agritourism (cheeses, cured meats, meats, hamburgers, desserts) are made from local Friulian products.
