Caffetteria Torinese, founded in 1938 in one of Palmanova’s oldest buildings, included in Friuli Venezia-Giulia’s list of Historical Edifices, was taken over by Nereo Ballestriero and Marina Macor in 1995. Nereo and Marina come from ten years’ experience in the hotel sector. The local is based on offer quality, implying a considerable quest for typical, local – and even foreign - produce.
