Vigne Alte trail is a wonderful panoramic path accessible by foot, horseback or mountain bike from La Subida to the Spessa castle. Starting point from La Subida is right next to the stables’ paddock, while from the Spessa Castle the trail starts right in front of the entrance. From both entrances, with a small climb, you can reach the heart of the “gran cru” of this area of Collio. During a pleasant panoramic trail, you can wind up between vineyards and cool and shadowed woods patches. Many alternative paths lead to other interesting destinations: the Preval Valley on one side, while Pradis vineyard and the church of Subida on the other.
